If you’ve ever tried scheduling a meeting with 2 or more people, you probably spent a lot of time and exchanged many emails or calls trying to pick when it was convenient for everyone. If you multiply by your hourly rate, it could be costing you a lot.

Believe it or not, there is a solution, it’s free and it has a cool name. It’s called Tungle. The company is based in Canada and I saw on their Facebook Fan Page that they have a Tungle App for iPhone. Really, what’s not to love?

You can share calendars with others and they don’t have to be Tungle users.

From now on,  new clients will be able to  Tungle me to schedule their free consultation. I only share my free/busy times so it protects my privacy while allowing for others to see when I could be available for a meeting. I sync with my Outlook Calendar and, if I had an iPhone, I could sync all three,  Tungle, Outlook and iPhone, without the risk of double booking.

Tungle not only rocks, it’s simple, easy and fun to use.
