30 Days of Thanks – Day 12: A Fabulous Post

Today, I am thankful for this fabulous Seth Godin post that was tweeted by my colleague  Erin Blaskie.  So, that makes me thankful for Erin too. :-)

I think this post is perfectly aligned with the purpose of this series. By focusing on what is fabulous in our lives, we will attract and / or create more fabulous.

I missed a few days posting so here is a recap of what I was thankful for these past few days:

Day 8 : Thankful for being bilingual. It means more books to read, more sites to visit and more connections to make.

Day 9: Thankful for an empty email Inbox. For each message: I do it if it takes less than 2 minutes, Delay it in an Action file, File it in a Reading file or Dump it.

Day 10: Thankful for my network. It made me look good with a potential client when I could refer a friend who seems to fit perfectly in his business.

Day 11: Remembrance Day. Thankful for those who fought for Freedom. Thankful for my sister and brother-in-law who are in the Canadian Armed Forces and are still around.

Now, your turn. What is fabulous in your life? Share it in a post and come back to comment and give us the link.

30 Days of Thanks – Day 1 …5

Yes, it took me 5 days to decide to play along with my friends.

All I have to do is simply share reasons why I’m thankful on my blog, Facebook or Twitter, for 30 days.

November 2009 marks my 7th year as a Virtual Assistant and I have plenty reasons to be thankful. The timing for this fun challenge is just perfect.

Today, and everyday in November, I will write a short post to show my gratitude.

I have some catching up to do so here are 5 persons, things or reasons I am grateful for.

1. Stacy Brice for being the first Virtual Assistant, for inspiring thousands of Virtual Assistants just like me and for her authenticity.

2. My last boss, Dr Pierre Bernier D.C., for lending me The Portable Coach that started it all.

3.  Thomas J. Leonard for writing The Portable Coach and for his contribution to the coaching community.

4. My husband, Mario, for being by my side for over 10 years now, long before the beginning of my VA adventure.

5. Internet, of course ! for the possibility to be a VIRTUAL Assistant. :-)

P.S.: Being bilingual, I was probably procrastinating on this project because I thought it would be overwhelming to do it in French and in English. It’s easy! I found a way. ;)

This eBook is chock full of visuals, step-by-step directions, templates and added resources to guide you in creating systems that are unique to your VA practice.
